A customer called from Yukon, Oklahoma and explain that the soap dish or soap holder had fallen off the wall from their tiled surround.

This project focused on securely re-installing the wall-mounted soap dish in a tiled shower. While installing a soap dish might seem like a quick and easy task, it requires precision, the right tools, and careful attention to detail—especially when working with tile. Improper installation can lead to cracked tile, loose mounting, or even water damage behind the wall.

Our handyman Craig chipped and broken away the old mortar on the wall and what was still attached to the sop dish. Once that was completed, we applied some instant stick power grab and reattached the soap dish. Lastly we caulked around the soap dish to help prevent any moisture intrusion getting behind the soap dish and into the walll.

Even though this was considered a small job, we approached it with the same professionalism and craftsmanship we bring to larger home improvement projects. We protected the surrounding area, worked efficiently, and left the bathroom spotless once the installation was complete.

Our client appreciated our clear communication, upfront pricing, and dependable service from start to finish. That’s why so many homeowners trust Small Size Jobs—because no project is too small for us to take seriously.
